When we're not working...
Outside of the office our team has a lot of hobbies and passions that get us excited and we love to share our hobbies and interests with our clients. Geoff spends most of his free time golfing, in his music studio, or at the beach windsurfing. Brendan is always on the go with his active lifestyle and you can find him outside all summer, whether it’s on his mountain bike, windsurfing, swimming, competing in mini triathlons, weight training, hiking… Brendan does it all! Aside from all of his sports Brendan taps into his creative side by tweaking his guitar skills and clay sculpting. For Laura, you can find her travelling the world (camera in tow), working on her fitness, reading up on nutrition, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Check out some of our passions below!

WINDSURFING
"Windsurfing has been a passion of mine for over 25 years. When the wind is up you can be sure to find me out on Lake Erie or Lake Ontario, windsurfing in waves of up to 20 feet high. I have had the opportunity to travel to some of the world’s best windsurfing destinations and windsurfed with pros in Maui, Cape Hatteras NC and Turks and Caicos. In 2018 I am excited to be traveling to a new windsurfing destination, Bonaire. Windsurfing provides a challenge and an adrenaline rush that can’t be beat." - Geoff

MUSIC
"Music is something that is very relaxing and an enjoyable experience for me. I am classically trained on the piano, but I can also play around on the guitar and experiment with music production. These days I spend more time developing my ear to pick up new songs I want to play and even create some of my own original music." - Geoff
BRENDAN

WINDSURFING
Windsurfing is a hobby I picked up a few years ago on a trip to Turks and Caicos in 2011. Since then I was hooked have windsurfed with the best in Baja California Sur, Cape Hatteras, Maui, Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.

FISHING
"Fishing has always been a hobby of mine since I was young. I fish for pike, musky, salmon, and bass. My favourite fishing spots are at the Niagara Gorge and up north at my cottage on Lake Couchiching."- Brendan

TRAVEL
"After I graduated university in 2013, I jetted off for my first backpacking experience throughout Europe. After my first taste of travelling, I was hooked and booked a one-way flight to Australia, where I spent 6 months before returning home. After living in Australia, I continued to backpack through Southeast Asia for 6 weeks, which has been one of the greatest highlights of my life to date. Since then I have travelled to Africa, and road tripped through the U.S. states. Places I look forward to travelling to in the future are New Zealand, South America and Japan.” - Laura

COOKING
"I have always loved to cook and bake since I was young, helping my mother in the kitchen. In 2019 I turned that passion into a hobby. I created my own website where I post new recipes that I have created and share my love for food. Travelling has helped me explore new flavours and expanding my taste buds. My favourite foods to eat and cook usually end up being from Southeast Asian influence, including Thai and Indonesian dishes.” - Laura
